Privacy Policy
How DevFluxr handles website and enquiry information.
This policy explains how DevFluxr collects, uses, protects, retains, and shares information submitted through this website and during business enquiries.
Last updated: August 6, 2026
1. Who operates this website
DevFluxr is a Pakistan-based WooCommerce engineering business led by Muhammad Irfan. International clients and agencies may contact and engage DevFluxr remotely. This policy applies to the DevFluxr public website and its technical-assessment process.
2. Information you submit
The technical-assessment form may collect your name, work email, company or agency, project or store URL, project category, business impact, issue details and required outcome, budget range, timeline, and confirmation of privacy consent.
Do not submit passwords, API secrets, private keys, payment-card data, production database exports, customer records, or unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Secure access is arranged separately only after scope and terms are agreed.
3. Server, security, and anti-abuse information
Hosting, firewall, email, backup, and security systems may process IP addresses, timestamps, user agents, request details, and technical logs for normal delivery, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and abuse control. The assessment workflow uses short-lived non-reversible rate-limit keys and does not store the enquiry as a WordPress form-entry record.
4. Why information is used
- To respond to enquiries and assess technical, commercial, and delivery fit.
- To clarify scope, prepare assessments or proposals, and take requested pre-contractual steps.
- To deliver and support an agreed engagement.
- To maintain website and business security and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To keep necessary business records and meet legal, contractual, tax, security, or dispute obligations.
5. Legal bases where applicable
Depending on the jurisdiction and context, processing may rely on consent, legitimate business and security interests, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, or compliance with legal obligations. The applicable basis can differ by activity and jurisdiction.
6. Service providers and project specialists
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email delivery, DNS, security, backups, and normal business operations. When an engagement requires defined design, QA, infrastructure, migration, documentation, or delivery capacity, relevant information may be shared with an assigned specialist subject to appropriate scope, access, and confidentiality controls.
DevFluxr does not sell personal information.
7. International processing
Because DevFluxr operates from Pakistan and serves international clients, information may be processed across borders, including in Pakistan and locations used by hosting, email, security, backup, or approved project providers. Appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards should be used when required by applicable law or agreement.
8. Retention
Unsuccessful or general enquiries may normally be retained for a reasonable business period of no more than 24 months. Information may be retained longer when necessary for an active engagement, legal or tax requirements, security investigation, contractual records, dispute handling, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Client, transaction, and financial records may be kept for the period required by law or contract.
9. Security
DevFluxr uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and context. No website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users should not use the assessment form for confidential access material.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The clean brochure site does not intentionally add analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking cookies. WordPress may use essential session, authentication, preference, and security cookies for administrators and necessary site operation. This policy and any required consent controls must be reviewed before adding analytics, embedded services, or other tracking.
11. External links
This website may link to third-party websites or services. Their content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators, and users should review those policies before providing information.
12. Rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information, or withdraw consent where consent is the relevant basis. Rights may be limited by legal, contractual, security, identity-verification, or record-keeping requirements.
Send a privacy request to hello@devfluxr.com without including unnecessary sensitive information. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.
13. Children
DevFluxr provides business-to-business engineering services. The website and assessment form are not directed to children and should not be used by anyone who cannot lawfully make a business enquiry in their jurisdiction.
14. Your authority to submit information
You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to submit information about a company, store, system, customer, employee, contractor, or other third party and that the submission does not breach confidentiality, privacy, security, or contractual duties.
15. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when business practices, website functionality, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
16. Contact
Privacy and data-handling questions can be sent to hello@devfluxr.com. Do not include passwords, secrets, payment data, private keys, database exports, or unnecessary personal information.
